The Classic poll+n G+T
Ice + 1 part poll+n gin + 2 parts tonic water (we prefer a low sugar variety) Garnish with a twist of citrus and and sprig of rosemary
The Naughty Kathleen
Ice + 2 parts poll+n gin + 1 part Triple Sec, 1 part fresh lime juice. Shake ingredients to combine, pour into a cold glass, garnish with a twist of lime (for a ‘Not as Naughty Kath’ add a dash of soda water)
The poll+n Pink Palace
Ice + 2 parts of poll+n gin + 1 part Cointreau + dash of pink lemonade, stir to combine, garnish with blueberries
Rina’s Negroni
Chill a nice glass use equal parts poll+n gin + Campari + Vermouth (Rina prefers Antica Formula which ‘adds a rich taste’) Combine ingredients with ice and stir well pour over an ice sphere, garnish with a slice of orange
