The Classic Pollen G+T 

Ice + 1 part Pollen gin + 2 parts tonic water (we prefer a low sugar variety) Garnish with a twist of citrus and and sprig of rosemary

Marj’s Dutch Courage

1 x 30 ml Pollen gin
2 x 60 ml orange juice
1 x 15 ml triple sec
Filler a shaker with ice , add ingredients, shake and strain over ice cubes in a glass add a dash of soda water for some bubbles and garnish with orange

The Boss

70 ml Pollen gin
10 ml whisky
Orange twist
Rosemary sprig

Add gin and whisky into a glass with ice, stir until well chilled, strain into a cold glass add a twist of orange and a sprig of rosemary, light rosemary to create the smoke

The Pollen Pink Palace

Ice + 2 parts of Pollen gin + 1 part Cointreau + dash of pink lemonade, stir to combine, garnish with blueberries

Rina’s Negroni

Chill a nice glass use equal parts poll+n gin + Campari + Vermouth (Rina prefers Antica Formula which ‘adds a rich taste’) Combine ingredients with ice and stir well pour over an ice sphere, garnish with a slice of orange.

The Blonde Tarte

Chill glass
Add lots of ice
60ml Pollen gin
Freshly squeezed lime juice
Equal parts of ginger beer and apple cider vinegar

Stir, garnish with apple slices, Granny Smith is preferred for its extra tartness
